Pay rates:

Nuts & Bolts bills at an hourly rate of $150

Drive time charges for on-site visits:

Jackson to Wilson & Fall Creek Road: 15 minutes/each way
Jackson to Teton Village: 30 minutes/each way
Jackson to outside valley areas: actual time from town of Jackson/each way
No drive time charge for in town sites

Billing policies:

We DO NOT bill for problems that reoccur after we have already billed you for that specific fix, given that the service work is not tampered with or altered by the client. Also, we cannot guarantee our services, if we recommend other fixes that need our attention and do not get serviced at that time.
We DO bill for researching an unfamiliar problem, if asked and approved on behalf of the client. This will not only extend our retained knowledge base to benefit any future service work but also will benefit our entire client base (a revolving win-win for all).
The Title for equipment purchases does not transfer until full payment is received for equipment and services.
Terms: We invoice directly after services are performed. Payment is due upon receipt.
Payment options: We gladly accept cash, check and/or all major credit cards.

Refurbished Computer Equipment
Nuts & Bolts strives to keep computers out of the landfill when possible and to this end we will refurbish likely candidates, and they will be available for sale on occasion. These machines will carry a 90 day grace period during which time we will take the computer back for refund or repair any hardware related issues. Software or virus/malware related issues will not be covered. After the 90 day period, there will be no refunds and all work done on these machines will be billed at the regular rate for services.
